"Catering has been an integral part of my life and I have always had a passion for food. My father is an accredited chef and he has brought me up to have the same enthusiasm he has for food. I went to college where I studied catering and then spent five years working in various kitchens, from pubs to Michelin star restaurants. This has allowed me to experience a world of different ingredients and flavours.
After a few years in the sales industry I was delighted to join the Love Joes team as a development chef. The business is family oriented and I have been made to feel part of this extended family.
I believe in integrity, reliability, staying positive and having good communication between a team and I try to bring this into my everyday life at Love Joes."
