"Catering has been an integral part of my life and I have always had a passion for food. My father is an accredited chef and he has brought me up to have the same enthusiasm he has for food. I went to college where I studied catering and then spent five years working in various kitchens, from pubs to Michelin star restaurants. This has allowed me to experience a world of different ingredients and flavours.

After a few years in the sales industry I was delighted to join the Love Joes team as a development chef. The business is family oriented and I have been made to feel part of this extended family.

"I started in 2007 in production and then progressed to loading, where I worked my way up to Loading Manager. I'm responsible for making sure our products are kept at the highest standard whether they are in storage or on the way to you. Although we haven't met we know what you like to order and when you like it to be delivered so we are the first point of call when there's a problem and the last before it comes to you and I make sure that we take pride in our customer satisfaction on both ends.

"I have been involved in transport since 1991 so have a lot of experience behind me. Our fleet started out with just five vehicles and we now run a successful fleet of 30. I run the day to day transport for the company including: route planning, breakdown and recoveries, customer requests and management of drivers.
